Applicants should also have experience conducting training programs or facilitating workshops with adults and/or youth.

Additionally, applicants agree to the following:
- Each Trainer agrees to conduct 4 workshops in the 12-month period immediately following the Training-of-Trainers program. There will be no charge to the audience for these programs.

- Each Training Team will take the initiative to schedule and conduct these 4 workshops.
